Equilibrium is an Award-Winning Complementary Health Centre in Station Street, Lewes, East Sussex, with 36 professional therapists dedicated to helping you to improve and maintain your health.

Whatever your state of health, Equilibrium can help you. The clinic specialises in improving your health, without drugs. The team can visit you at home or at work too!

9.00am - 9.00pm Monday to Friday (Reception open to 6.00pm or later)
9.30am - 5.30pm Saturday
Sunday by appointment only

It is important to feel confident and at ease with your therapist and so Equilibrium offers a free confidential consultation service - an opportunity to discuss your individual needs and concerns, and plan for your future health and well-being. Please call in, email, or phone for your free appointment.

At home

Sometimes it's more relaxing to enjoy a treatment at home. Avoid the stress of cancelled trains, delayed buses or traffic jams & car parking, and book yourself a therapy at home at your convenience.

Many of our therapists can visit you at home for a small additional fee (Just £5 in Lewes, £10 outside). Please note: housebound or terminally ill patients may be treated at home at no extra charge

At work

Why not try our On-site Massage service? From only £35 per hour you can have a therapist visit your workplace with a special ergonomically-designed chair in which you can relax and receive a 15 or 20 minute acupressure massage. Share with your colleagues! (minimum 2 hour booking).
